Dustin Guy

Dustin Guy has been with the Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs since 2012, and has served as the Human Resources Director, Deputy Chief of Staff and Chief of Staff. His responsibilities include oversight of LDVA personnel, operations and program management, while supporting the Secretary’s vision to make Louisiana the most veteran-friendly state in the nation. During his time at LDVA, the department budget has nearly doubled, vastly increasing the programs and services available to support Louisiana’s veterans. He has been a public servant with the state of Louisiana for over 20 years. Guy holds a B.S. in Management from Louisiana State University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi, and has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources since 2010.
